Pick-Up and Delivery Laundry Service

Is your laundry making you a basket case?  Washatopia now provides laundry pick-up and delivery service for North Austin, Cedar Park, Pflugerville and Georgetown.  Residential and commercial customers can enjoy time savings and convenience, combined with a reliable and consistent service.

How our laundry pick-up and delivery works:  We will show up at your designated location and pick up your dirty laundry.  We’ll bring your items to Washatopia and weigh them while dry, then separate your laundry into white, colored and dark loads. We wash the whites in hot water (with bleach if requested) and detergent to make your laundry as white as possible.  The colored laundry is washed with a color safe detergent in warm water to preserve the original colors.  The dark laundry is washed in cold water with a color safe detergent.  Spots are pre-treated with a spotting agent.  All laundry is dried according to the manufacturers labeling.  Shirts are either folded or hung on hangers, while all other laundry is folded.  All socks are paired.  Comforters, blankets and bedspreads are washed and dried separately from all other laundry.  Special request are welcome.  Your clean and neatly folded laundry will be delivered to your designated delivery location in two days (rush orders available).

Pricing:

• $2.00/lb for first 20 lbs.  $40 minimum (pick-up and delivery) – 48 hour turnaround
• After first 20 lbs at $2.00/lb, price drops to $1.25/lb
• $1.75/lb for first 20 lbs.  $40 minimum (one way, pick-up or delivery) – 48 hour turnaround
• After first 20 lbs at $1.75/lb, price drops to $1.25/lb
• $2.50/lb with a $40 minimum (pick-up and delivery) – RUSH ORDER, same day service (order must be ready for pick-up by 9:00 a.m.)
• Standard fees apply for comforters ($15 regular, $18 down; minimum 3 if only washing comforters)
• Credit card payment information will be collected over the phone during scheduling

Scheduling:

• Schedule regular pick-up and delivery Monday – Friday (home or office) between 9 am – 5 pm.
• Or schedule pick-up and delivery as needed.
• You don’t even need to be home to enjoy our delivery service – we systematically pick-up and deliver your laundry to your designated location on your service days.

Preparation:

• Click here to download your order form.
• Separate items that require gentle care, line drying or dry cleaning.  Empty all pockets.  Provide plastic hangers for shirts that need line drying.
• Leave your laundry at your scheduled pick up location, with a completed order form.  Special requests should be noted regarding spots/stains, and preferences for detergent, fabric softener and water temperature.
